Eye-Opening Books

Since joining my first MLM company, I have always heard about this book entitled:
"Rich Dad Poor Dad" which is written by Robert Kiyosaki. Since this was the first
time I've heard about this book, I was so curious about it that I went to a local
book store and bought this best seller
To my amazement, I just could not stop reading until my eyes were tired. This
book is filled with much information, information that are not taught or not given
much emphasis in school. Information like what, you might say. Well the book gives
emphasis about investments, unlike our school/parents who nurtures us to study hard
so that when we grow up we would have jobs. Jobs that don't give us time to spend for
our loved ones.

Let's try to state facts about the quadrant stated above:

Facts:
E-MPLOYEE - you don't have control about anything. Your just like a pet
who follows everything your boss orders or else, face his/her
consequence.

S-ELF EMPLOYED - Sounds fun right? But wait. What happens if your on a
vacation or you have an illness? Will you still earn an income? Just as I
thaught.
ex: A dentist suddenly felt sick, who will tend to the patients? And most
importantly, who will open up the dental clinic and operate? None.

B-USINESS OWNER - Makes money out of the effort of their employees.

ex: Ray Kroc (Owner of McDonald's) makes money by making
his employees flip burgers and the like without having to put
physical efforts into it.

I-NVESTOR - Makes money work for them. How? Through stock exchange,
mutual funds, etc.

Ex: Warren Buffet  Often introduced as "legendary investor, Warren Buffett",he is the
primary shareholder, chairman and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway. Ranked as
the most wealthiest man in the world in the year 2008.

Primarily this book will guide you on which path you would want to tackle.
The nice thing about this book is that it doesn't put one quadrant over the
other, Robert Kiyosaki said that if you are happy and contented in where
you are right now, then good for you.

As we move on to the next book, let me first live a quote used in this book
to differentiate an asset from a liabilitiey which is easily understood by everyone:
"Assets Put Money in Your Pocket while Liabilities Does Not Put Money in Your Pocket"

Think about this, are houses and cars considered as assets?

House: you have to pay
for taxes like electricity, water, etc
Car: Fuel, Maintenance, etc.

I'll leave the answer to you.

"THE RENEGADE NETWORK
MARKETER"

Now this e-book was send to me by my friend, upline and mentor (JD Manuel).
I think that this e-book is a must for every NETWORK MARKETER out there,
whether old or new in the field of MLM.

Ann Sieg (author of this e-book) shares her "secrets" and past experiences in this book
to everyone who desires to have a successful run in NETWORK MARKETING.
She points out the cliches in MLM that most team leaders teach to their group that mostly,
does not work for the members.

She shares the common misconceptions that are thought to NETWORK MARKETERS.
She makes us analyze things and most importantly she opens our eyes to our mistakes.

My article about this e-book does not bring justice to this masterpiece. It contains so many
wonderful information that I recommend this e-book to everyone who wants to have a successful
path in MLM/NETWORK MARKETING. Two thumbs up for this craft.

"PERA na HINDI BITIN"

While I was browsing books at a local bookstore, I was attracted to this book.
Why? Because it only costs 50php ($1.16). But sad to say, this is written in TAG-LISH.
So if your not a FILIPINO you will need a TAGALOG dictionary to understand this book.

This is not your typical how to get-rich book. It is more of a inspirational, religious and a guide
for people who are always worried about their financial matters. The book tells us to not worry much
about money, instead put our faith in God. It is also nice that it also teaches us not to waste our money in
"lottto" or other game of chances but rather invest and save our hard-earned income/savings.

This book has many information that everyone can use. It's also very easy to understand
because the author does not use technical terms. This book is has lot to offer for the cheap
price of only 50 php.
